Changing my Vibe
Getting to know my inner thoughts and upgrading them was the start of me rebuilding my confidence, getting to know me again and changing my life! Bye bye corporate London, Bye bye lack mindset, Bye bye ghost of Gabi. Hello new kind of self belief, possibility & a life I love living. I’m proof a leopard really can change their spots, & that means you can too!
In 2018 I said YES to building my 9 - thrive
and waved goodbye to 13 years of corporate London to be my own boss, taking my nail biz full time! My corporate career journey spanned PR, marketing and e-commerce working for some incredible prestige brands along the way. Those years taught me a lot! I've spent the last seven years holding hands at the nail desk and now it's time to hold your hand as you start to take those big little leaps towards creating the life of your dreams!
The Corporate Crush, but not the cutesy, love kinda crush!
Thirteen years of the Corporate grind can wear you down, especially if you know you're not where you're meant to be, you're in an environment that does anything but nourish you and you're working with many challenging characters where your voice is so overlooked you've given up trying!
Well, that was me, a shadow of my former self, the self I'd forgotten about, lost in a sea of greige, low vibes and Corporate BS! It's amazing how tenacious and resilient you can be to stay somewhere waaaay longer than necessary when you no longer feel like you!
If the thought of going to a job interview or even entertaining the idea of learning a new skill or bottling your 'YOU-ness' into a wonderful business formula makes your heart skip a bit but is then flat-lined with exhausting overwhelm, it's time to start rebuilding YOU before you start building anything else! The Power of Now
Eckhart Tolle’ The Power of Now started my journey of self discovery when it ‘appeared’ on the book shelf of my holiday hotel in the mid 2000'. Gabby Bernstein followed, as have many more universal nudges and guides along the way!
The Moon & Me!
I’m a self confessed moon nerd who fully embraced cyclical living in 2020 to ground myself amongst the topsy turvy! Astrology’ totally my bag, I’m a Sag sun, Libra Moon & Libra rising, my glass is always full! I’m fascinated at how supportive the stars and earths cycles are to living a more harmonious life & love living by the wheel of the year.
I'm here for the vibes
Tuning into my vibration and working closely to support and keep it high (espesh back in the 9-5 days!) continues to be a huge part of my spiritual self care and daily practices which has since led me to train in sound healing back in 2023. Join me at a sound bath here!
