The Big Leap
In 2018 I said yes to building my 9- thrive and waved goodbye to 14 years of corporate London to be my own boss and take my nail biz full time. My career journey spanned PR, marketing & e-commerce working for incredible brands such as Warehouse, Cath Kidston & Aveda, those many years taught me a lot!
The Power of Now
Eckhart Tolle’ The Power of Now started my journey of self discovery when it ‘appeared’ on the book shelf of my holiday hotel in the mid 2000'. Gabby Bernstein followed, as have many more universal nudges and guides along the way!
The Moon & Me!
I’m a self confessed moon nerd who fully embraced cyclical living in 2020 to ground myself amongst the topsy turvy! Astrology’ totally my bag, I’m a Sag sun, Libra Moon & Libra rising, my glass is always full! I’m fascinated at how supportive the stars and earths cycles are to living a more harmonious life & love living by the wheel of the year.
I'm here for the vibes
Tuning into my vibration and working closely to support and keep it high (espesh back in the 9-5 days!) continues to be a huge part of my spiritual self care and daily practices which led me to train in sound healing back in 2023.
